Radix - Nano | NxT Evolution Development Platform

The Radix Nano is a compact and versatile PIC development PCB, economized for size and portability available in two variants. Supporting the 16F | 18 F 28PIN range of devices, the PCB delivers an efficient and effective development experience. The PCB includes USB UART (useful for boot-loading), onboard power supply, ICSP header and all IO tracked to headers. Available with a selection of devices, see below for device options.

Radix - Nano |- PIN OUTs

The Radix's ergonomic layout allows for ease of use, improving the development experience. The PINs are well-marked and easily accessed through headers. The two options available allow for either a pin or a socket header depending on the needs of the project. Complement the project with a breadboard and a few components for an educational learning experience or a fulfilling hobby project.

Radix Nano for 18 PIN PICS.

The Radix Nano specifically caters to 18 PIN PIC devices, in both the SOIC and DIP packages. A mainstay of PIC development and a favourite in hobyist style projects. These devices are readily available for use in simple to more sophisticated projects using 8 BIT devices. There are two main family types namely the PIC16Fxx and 18Fxx, each with their own attributes and peripherals. For an 18 PIN device the number of available IO will vary depending on the internal peripherals, and whether there is an internal oscillator option. For the Radix - Nano 18A and 18B, all I/O are tracked with +Vdc and GND, the default resonator is an 8 MHZ resonator*.

The Radix Nano 20 caters to 8, 14 and 20 PIN PIC devices, in both the DIP packages. A versatile and high performance device used in embedded development and a favourite in hobyist and professional style projects. These devices are readily available for use in simple to more sophisticated projects using 8 BIT devices. There are two main family types namely the PIC16Fxx and 18Fxx, each with their own attributes and peripherals. The number of available IO will vary depending on the internal device installed and the features the internal peripherals. All I/O are tracked with +Vdc and GND, the default resonator is an 8 MHZ resonator*.

The Radix Nano 28 specifically caters to 28 PIN PIC devices, in both the SOIC and DIP packages. Radix Nano - what is it?

Radix-Nano NxT is a PIC Microcontroller development platform that allows the avid hobbiyst and professioal user to build applications. The PCB is designed to support the PIC16F & 18F 8, 14, 18, 20, 28 PIN* devices. This family of PIC devices is highly capable with many on board peripherals, digital IO, A2D, Serial coms, etc.

Capabilities

Radix-Nano is designed to facilitate rapid prototyping as a key feature. The compact design is suitable for use with a bread board, and is powered directly from a USB Type connector. A two pin header is available for an auxilary power connection if needed.
